I teach a variety of styles, and can create classes that are completely bespoke, too

I teach a challenging hot yoga class with plenty of strength building and delicious stretching. I'm trained to teach the 90 minute classic hot yoga sequence, and use this as a basis to build my own classes, ensuring you'll never be bored by the same sequence over and over again.

My Vinyasa flow classes move seamlessly through strong postures, heat-building static holds and dynamic stretches to a well-deserved final relaxation. I adapt these classes to suit specific groups of athletes, from runners and cyclists to climbers and powerlifters.

Make some space for yourself in one of my slow-moving restorative, yin-inspired classes. With long-held, relaxing postures using a plethora of props (from comfy bolsters to the wall) I'll show you how to sink into stretches that you can take away and use at home whenever you need them.
